Changing corporate culture in the Civil Service

Challenge :
To create a vision for corporate transformation that would inspire people to get behind it and put their shoulders to the wheel.

Process :
After an initial workshop with the Change Leadership Team, I developed rough sketches to quickly outline the story, then iterated it after a series of short, informal catch-ups - key to this was my ability to ask the right questions, listen carefully and quickly incorporate new insights.

Solution :
The rich picture is a broad and aspirational view of what their transformation journey really means. Detail and words are kept to a bare minimum. Existing corporate messages are interwoven with the change story in order to give people a sense of how it fits together.
